Job Summary
Production Operator responsible for safe operation and sanitation of high-speed production equipment (meat saw, band saw, CNC, cocktail ice machines/molds) and assisting in producing large ice blocks and ice molds for sculptures and events. Leads with lean principles, supports Kaizen and value-stream mapping activities, participates in continuous improvement, and ensures adherence to safety and ethics standards. Must read and interpret English safety and operating documents, maintain alertness in a cold/industrial environment, and work with a team to meet quality and delivery goals. Must obtain a Southern Nevada Health District Card (Food Handler Card) and comply with safety and company policies.
