Job Summary
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely in the Slurry, Coating, and Slitting production areas while making adjustments to maintain product quality. Perform quality inspections on materials and finished products, recording all data accurately and reporting defects to supervisors. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean, organized work environment and wearing required PPE including anti-static attire and hair nets. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while working independently in a cleanroom setting. This role requires a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with two paid breaks and one meal break. Candidates must possess previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Previous manufacturing experience
