Job Summary
Production Operator in Small Paint Plant (SPP) responsible for filling batches using automated equipment (pail filling systems, scales/load cells, mixers), and related tasks. Will also support other Operations areas, operate a forklift, and use SAP/Microsoft Office. Salary range is $17.39-$25.75 per hour. Full-time with benefits including health, retirement, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating automated pail filling systems
- Experience with scales/load cells, mixers, filling pumps and filling machines
- Ability to safely operate a forklift
- Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Access Database, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow SOPs, batch tickets, process sheets, and safety policies
- Ability to identify off-quality products and initiate corrective actions
- Ability to transport waste and properly label waste containers
- Willingness to work in other Operations areas as needed
