Production Operator Nights

Production Operator Nights on the 2nd shift at West Pharmaceutical Services in Tempe, AZ. Handles labor along a production line, operates, inspects, and troubleshoots machinery, ensures packaging accuracy and labeling, maintains a clean and safe workstation, adheres to SOPs/GMPs/DOIs, contributes to continuous improvement, provides customer-facing service within production contexts, and may work overtime as needed. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and experience with manufacturing/quality-focused processes; familiarity with cGMP, ISO, Lean Sigma, and medical device manufacturing is preferred. The role is a 9-month assignment with no travel and may involve mandatory overtime. Must comply with safety and quality policies and maintain reliable attendance.
