Production Operator - nights

Job Summary
Operate production line(s) daily, ensuring product adheres to safety, quality, and throughput standards while accurately completing hourly quality and production reports. Perform physical and visual inspections to prevent non-conforming goods, report defects to leadership, and maintain general housekeeping. Monitor raw material levels to minimize downtime, troubleshoot minor line issues, and perform relief duties as required. Adhere to all safety programs, Good Manufacturing Practices, and food safety standards throughout the shift. Work 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule) in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand
- Regular and predictable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 2 Years – Experience in Position
- Experience managing people/projects
