Job Summary
Operate production line(s) daily, ensuring product adheres to safety, quality, and throughput standards while accurately completing hourly reports. Perform physical and visual inspections to prevent non-conforming goods, correctly reporting all quality defects to leadership. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain general housekeeping in assigned areas. Monitor raw material levels to minimize downtime and troubleshoot minor line issues or perform relief duties as required. Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 0 Years – Experience in Position
- 0 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand
- Regular and predictable attendance
