Job Summary
Production Operator - Night Shift is responsible for daily operations of the production floor to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals in accordance with GMP and Food Safety Standards. The role involves executing production line activities, completing quality and production reports hourly, conducting physical and visual inspection of products, reporting defects, maintaining GMP and safety practices, keeping General housekeeping, managing raw materials to minimize downtime, and being able to work across assigned production areas. Requires the ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
