Job Summary
Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining an organized work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Perform ongoing cleaning tasks, complete multiple repetitive tasks with high attention to detail, and uphold efficiency standards set for the operating area. Work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with others to achieve team goals. Handle heavy lifting up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must be available for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining high attendance standards.
