Job Summary
Operate and monitor semi-automated and automated equipment in a cleanroom environment while performing precise assembly tasks, handling components, and loading materials. Conduct in-process checks to ensure product quality, complete packaging and labeling, and perform required data entry. Adhere strictly to GMP, SOPs, and batch records, reporting deviations immediately to support quality and yield targets. Work 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am) Monday through Wednesday plus alternate Thursdays, rotating between 4 days on/3 days off and 3 days on/4 days off patterns. Achieve competency within training timelines and consistently meet output and quality KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate (or Level 5 equivalent)
- 2+ years in medical device or regulated manufacturing
- High level of dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured procedures
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
- Punctuality
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently
