Job Summary
Production Operator responsible for set up, adjusting, maintaining, and configuring processing equipment according to specifications, conducting visual inspections and documentation during runs, loading materials, performing minor changeovers, conducting preventative maintenance, assisting with equipment repairs, ensuring proper coding and labeling, monitoring flow and packaging, and adhering to GMP and safety requirements. Requires ability to read and interpret documents, respond to inquiries, and present information to management; demands physical exertion and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a manufacturing/ warehouse environment with exposure to typical plant conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School/General Education Diploma or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Prior bottling / canning experience a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Pass a drug test and physical exam
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible Full Time schedule that may include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service areas, as required by duties
