Job Summary
Conduct assembly of implantable Class III medical devices using small tools, microscopes, and fixturing in a controlled cleanroom environment. Perform inventory management activities and complete detailed production traceability documentation while utilizing QAD software. Maintain a clean and organized work area by following standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines. Provide feedback to engineering on build, process, tooling, and yield issues. Work 8-hour shifts from 7:00 to 3:30 PM Central Time with occasional overtime, requiring gowning and adherence to controlled access protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in reading and writing English
- High attention to detail and ability to be accurate in documentation
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
- Dedicated to maintaining product quality by following established procedures
- Capable of understanding and interfacing with shop-floor software programs
- Capable of lifting 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with assembly of products in a clean room (CAE) production environment
- 1-2 years of assembly experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
- Experience in assembly of implantable medical devices (Class III) in a clean room (CAE) environment
