Job Summary
Production Operator responsible for operating and maintaining production line activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ensures safety and quality standards, follows safety guidelines and procedures, reports production waste to the lead or supervisor, notifies leads when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality, and performs other duties as assigned. Requires ability to work on their feet for long shifts (up to 8-12 hours), lift up to 35 lbs, and demonstrate teamwork. High School diploma or equivalent and experience in manufacturing are required; strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to company policies. Based in Dayton, NJ, United States.
