Job Summary
Operate air saw equipment and state-of-the-art machinery to produce metal insulated building panels according to engineering specifications and production schedules. Coordinate resource requirements with supervisors, execute preventative maintenance, and ensure all tasks comply with Standard Operating Procedures. Monitor quality standards, identify non-conforming products, and report infractions or under-performing associates to management. Maintain a culture of cleanliness, manage material staging, and record all required data while adhering to safety policies. Perform duties in noisy, fast-paced environments involving extended standing and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs
- Near and far visual acuity for spotting defects or reading gauges
- Hearing alarms, instructions, or machinery sounds
- Peripheral vision for monitoring surroundings
- Ability to maintain focus in noisy or fast-paced environments
