Job Summary
Operate soy and non-soy grain grading lines and run the extruder line to produce stockfeed products. Conduct in-process product testing including Perten tests, sieve analysis, and temperature checks to ensure specifications are met. Use computer systems to control grading equipment, weigh and label bulk bags, and fill IBCs with soybean oil. Perform equipment clean downs, change grading screens, and operate a forklift. Accurately complete all production records and documentation. Full training provided for this hands-on, physical role.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift licence
- willingness to work in a hands-on, physical role
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy for operations systems and entering data
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Experience in grain processing, feedmill or manufacturing environment
