A Production Operator in Small Paint Plant (SPP) and Large Paint Plant (LPP) is responsible for efficiently filling batches using various automated equipment and maintaining product quality. Key responsibilities include following Standard Operating Procedures, operating filling equipment, safely moving materials using a forklift, and participating in improvement initiatives. The role requires identifying quality issues and utilizing IT systems for order completion. Required Qualifications

  • Ability to operate equipment used to fill batches including automated pail filling systems, scales/load cells, mixers, filling pumps, and filling machines.
  • Forklift operation certification or experience.
  • Familiarity with company IT systems (SAP, Microsoft Access Database, Microsoft Office).
  • Effective communication skills to contribute ideas to improvement teams.
  • Ability to identify off-quality products and initiate corrective actions.
