Job Summary
Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures while inspecting raw materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance. Follow all safety rules, wear proper PPE, and accurately record production data and equipment readings in designated systems. Identify and report basic equipment or process issues, escalate safety or quality concerns to team leads, and perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance. Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transfer materials. Collaborate with team members and engineers to meet daily production goals and support continuous improvement activities by providing feedback on processes.
