Job Summary
Production Operator Level 7 at CraftMark Bakery in Indianapolis: operate automated bakery production equipment, perform pre-flight checks, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, input data into ERP, monitor and maintain quality/ GMP compliance, assist with sanitation, and rotate assignments across production. Requires 6:00am–6:00pm shift, ability to lift 50 lbs, and English proficiency; starting wage is $25/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent math and comprehension skills
- Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English
- Capable of inputting and retrieving required information from a computer
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Be able to walk and/or stand for an entire 12-hour shift
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Preferred: Two (2) years production experience, preferably in food manufacturing
- Experience operating PLC controlled equipment
