Job Summary
Production Operator Level 3 at CraftMark Bakery. Operates and maintains production line equipment, scales minor ingredients, inputs data into the ERP system, and collaborates with team members to keep line operation consistent. Maintains food quality and adheres to GMPs/SSOP, with responsibility for reporting mechanical problems to supervisor or maintenance. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for a 12-hour shift, and pass a background check and drug screen. 12-hour day/night shifts available in Indianapolis, IN; wage starts at $19/hour with potential increases after review.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Be able to walk and/or stand for an entire 12-hour shift
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Be able to climb stairs/ladders during the shift as needed
- Push, pull, bend, reach as needed during the shift (repetitive motion tasks)
- Able to perform cleaning/sanitation tasks using water/chemicals, cleaning tools, moving equipment pieces to the sanitation room
