Job Summary
Operate Tampo printing and assembly machines, follow daily production schedules, and perform change-overs as needed. Maintain 5S at the workstation and participate in TPM activities. Contribute to quality and efficiency improvements while supporting the LEGO Group’s safety and workplace culture. Role involves working in a factory setting with a hybrid work policy (average of 3 days per week in the office) and a focus on teamwork, continuous improvement, and adherence to production targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment (Tampo printing)
- Familiarity with 5S and TPM
- Ability to follow daily production schedules
- Able to perform change-overs on production lines
- Willingness to work in a factory environment
