Production Operator- Large Paint Plant (LPP)-3rd Shift

Fill batches in the Large Paint Plant using automated pail filling systems, scales, mixers, and pumps. Operate equipment to fill finished goods into containers according to customer-specific IDs and prepare accurate labels. Safely operate a forklift to move materials and transport waste to the 90-day Storage Area. Adhere to standard operating procedures, batch tickets, and safety policies while maintaining housekeeping standards. Identify off-quality products and initiate corrective actions per abnormal process procedures. Utilize SAP and Microsoft systems to complete orders and perform job activities in other Operations areas as required. Participate in improvement teams to contribute ideas. Schedule is 3rd shift with potential flexibility for off-shift training.
