Job Summary
Operate machinery and equipment to transform raw materials into final high-quality dairy products, including packaging and liquid shipping/receiving processes. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures while ensuring quality standards are met during production. Collaborate with management to complete daily assignments, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to changes. Perform duties requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and working in temperature zones with potential exposure to dust and chemicals while wearing personal protective equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
- Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods
- Areas where dust and chemicals are present
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for some holidays
- Must be available for periodic overtime
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be able to multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to follow all safety processes and safety practices of self and others
- Must be able to ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Must be able to collaborate and follow the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments
- Must be able to show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly

- Machine operation experience
