Job Summary
Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment and collaborate with team members to safely produce premium Kimberly-Clark products. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, identify faults and variations in runtime, ensure quality tests are completed on time, and document performance metrics. Participate in a self-directed, team-based work environment and utilize mill computer systems (SAP, PIMS, MS Office) to support production reliability and continuous improvement. Pursue continued skill development through maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, with emphasis on safety and adherence to quality standards.
