Job Summary
Production Operator operates continuous-belt vacuum-drying equipment in an aseptic beverage facility as part of a fast-paced, high-tech production team. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, monitoring quality, troubleshooting minor issues, supporting changeovers, and keeping the work area clean and organized. The role involves blending or packaging, running and monitoring production equipment, and ensuring lines move efficiently while meeting Kerry’s high standards. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, have mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve problems, and be proficient with MS Excel and SAP; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1 year of food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred and 6 months of electrical pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
