Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery while executing product changes and format changeovers in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols. Prepare and verify batch components, conduct in-process inspections, and accurately document production records including batch reconciliation. Maintain work area cleanliness to prevent contamination, report process deviations or critical defects, and support team members in manufacturing processes and finished goods projects. Complete required training and apprenticeship while adhering to PPE and corporate security guidelines. This 1-year fixed-term role in Nijmegen supports Johnson & Johnson's MedTech innovation across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions.
