Job Summary
Operate industrial blenders and manufacturing equipment per established schedules while maintaining accurate production logs and quality control records. Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime, inspect materials and products against specifications, and ensure all safety procedures and ISO standards are followed. Train team members on equipment operation and Leason's Learned principles, maintain certification records and training matrices, and conduct ongoing assessments of operational procedures. Report malfunctions to supervisors and confirm proactive maintenance. Requires 3+ years of experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years of experience
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to function effectively in a team setting
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
