Job Summary
Production Operator II at Abbott site in Jiaxing, China. Support routine production activities including tracking and analyzing OEE and powder loss, maintaining cleaning/flushing matrices, and managing monthly powder transfer usage. Update SOPs, prepare Quality Records, and follow up on CAPA. Provide non-conformity analysis monthly and support Change Requests, PQ/IOQ activities, and internal/external quality audits. Participate in cross-functional projects (NPI, engineering, quality-related projects like P.o.P, HRP, OEE, powder loss, and operations standardization). Ensure timely investigation reports for processing failures and assist in RCA with corrective/preventive actions. Proficient in GMP/HACCP, data analysis, and related tools; fluent in English and Mandarin; capable of project management and systematic logical thinking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in science/pharma/chemical/food engineering or related
- At least 2 years of work experience in multinational manufacturing (dairy, chemical, or pharma)
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (read/write/speak)
- Familiar with GMP & HACCP, FMEA, change control, validation
- Good data analysis skills and proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Minitab, M-files, TrackWise
- Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support CAPA
- Experience with PQ/IOQ and internal/external quality audits
- Ability to work on cross-functional projects (NPI, HRP, OEE, powder loss, operations standardization)
