Job Summary
Operate press equipment to produce 3form products while following safety protocols and production standards. Work in a two-man team to build products, adhering to setup procedures and meeting efficiency and quality goals. Execute the schedule, perform QC data entry, and maintain a clean and safe factory environment. Follow directions from the Press Lead, Supervisor, and Manager while acknowledging critical safety instructions. Requires standing up to 10 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to read and comprehend instructions
- Must be able to acknowledge and follow critical procedures
- Able work overtime and weekends as required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Must be able to push and pull up to 100 lbs frequently including moving pallets, carts, and plastic sheets
- Must be able to assist with team lifting of loads exceeding 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to stand for the entire length of shift (up to 10 hours)
- Must be able to work in and around manufacturing and production equipment
- Must be able to see, hear, and acknowledge critical safety instructions, alarms, and forklift traffic
- Must be able to sustain repetitive movement of both upper and lower extremities with varying degrees of force
