Job Summary
Prepare raw materials and packaging, identify quantities, and transport them to production areas while reporting deviations. Operate processing equipment according to instructions, monitor run rates, and complete initial testing and release to ensure no specification deviations. Check labels and packaging materials for correct labeling, then package final products in accordance with quality standards. Perform housekeeping in your area and carry out any other duties requested by the Production Manager or Supervisor. Work in shifts while complying with H.B. Fuller quality standards, operating procedures, and EHS rules. Stand for long periods, lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, and navigate environments with normal temperature, dust, smell, and noise.
Required Qualifications
- Basic educational degree or High school diploma or general education diploma
- Knowledge of common software programs (MS office)
- Ability to read and understand work orders, production process, safety regulations and quality procedures and instructions
- Availability to work in shifts
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year experience in industrial environment
- Understanding of basic English
