Job Summary
Prepare raw materials and packaging, transport items to production areas, and report any deviations. Operate processing equipment in line with instructions while monitoring run rates. Complete initial testing and product release to ensure specification compliance. Check labels and packaging materials for accuracy, then pack final products according to quality standards. Maintain housekeeping in your area and carry out all operations in compliance with H.B. Fuller's Quality Standards and EHS rules. Work the 2nd shift (12:00p–8:30p) in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Basic educational degree or High school diploma or general education diploma
- Knowledge of common software programs (MS office)
- Ability to read and understand work orders, production process, safety regulations and quality procedures and instructions
- Availability to work in shifts
- Required to stand for long periods of time
- Walk and climb stairs
- Use hands to remove or lift boxes
- Stretch and reach with arms extended
- Stoop and bend
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year experience in industrial environment
- Understanding of basic English
