Job Summary
Prepare raw materials and packaging, including identifying correct quantities, transporting items, and reporting deviations. Operate processing equipment according to instructions while monitoring run rates and performing initial product testing. Verify labels and packaging materials to ensure compliance with company standards, then package final products per quality guidelines. Maintain compliance with all Quality Standards, Operating Procedures, and EHS rules while keeping assigned areas clean. This second-shift role at H.B. Fuller's adhesives facility requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to read and understand work orders, production processes, safety regulations, and quality procedures
- Availability to work shifts
- 1 year of experience in an industrial environment
- Basic English comprehension
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to walk
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to stretch
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to bend
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Exposure to normal chemical environment conditions (temperature, dust, smell, noise)
