Job Summary
Operates assembly, labeling, filling or blister machines; loads containers onto pallets, packages and palletizes finished goods; performs quality control checks on raw materials and finished goods; records production data; reports equipment or material issues; collaborates with team to optimize processes; follows SOPs and safety guidelines; completes routine equipment cleaning and maintenance; able to stand for up to 90% of an 8-hour shift and lift up to 25–40 lbs; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years in manufacturing; shift is Monday–Friday 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; located in Chanhassen, MN with Federal Package Network; setting includes PPE usage and exposure to noise and odors; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, education reimbursement, and work-life balance support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years manufacturing experience
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Able to read and follow written work instructions
- Proficient in basic math (counting, calculator)
- Familiarity with basic computer operations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Capable of working individually and in a team
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends
