Job Summary
Production Operator I at Tellus Products, LLC supporting the molding facility to assist production by keeping areas clean and organized, handling rejected product, performing manual labor, maintaining safe and orderly workspaces, and complying with health and safety rules. Requires minimum 18 years old, high school diploma or GED, reliable and detail-oriented with basic math, able to lift 25–60 pounds, stand up to 11 hours, and work weekends/holidays as needed. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Be flexible, reliable and well organized
- Have personal integrity and the drive to do what is best
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Work and disciplinary record will be considered
- Good verbal, reading, writing and basic math skills
- Physically able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to: sitting, walking, climbing, kneeling, lifting, reaching and pulling
- Must be able to frequently lift 25 to 60 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 11 hours per shift
- Must be able to walk upstairs a minimum of 3 steps
- This position requires the flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, as needed based on business needs
