Job Summary
Production Operator I performs welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes on the night shift (6PM–6AM) with a 3-2-2-3 schedule. Starting pay is $21.00+ with a $2.25 shift premium, eligible for increases within the first two years. Responsibilities emphasize safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a family-owned manufacturing environment.
