Job Summary
Conduct inspection, staging, and manufacture of Serum, Urine, and Blood based intermediates in the Raw Material Preparation department by processing biologicals materials and operating equipment under varying conditions. Adjust controls, calculate concentrations and yields, and maintain a safe environment by adhering to cGMP and aseptic procedures. Document production through forms, reports, and logs while performing basic instrument maintenance and troubleshooting reagent issues. Utilize Microsoft and SAP software for compliance training and manufacturing tasks. Work the first shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm in Irvine, California, requiring a high school degree and entry-level experience.
Required Qualifications

- Basic math skills

- Location within commuting distance of Irvine, California office
- Ability to work first shift (6:00am to 2:30pm)
- Ability to work in collaboration with multiple teammates
- Ability to perform directed activities in the Raw Material Preparation department
- Ability to process biologicals materials
- Ability to operate and monitor equipment under varying conditions
- Ability to adjust equipment controls
- Ability to calculate concentrations, dilutions, and yields
- Ability to adhere to PPE procedures
- Ability to adhere to aseptic filtering and filing procedures
- Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment
- Ability to follow current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Ability to complete forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches
- Ability to perform basic instrument operation and maintenance
- Ability to assist in troubleshooting instruments/equipment or reagents related issues
- Ability to coordinate support operations
- Ability to assist in routine preventive maintenance on equipment
- Ability to review maintenance and/or equipment specific procedures
- Ability to utilize Microsoft software applications
- Ability to utilize SAP software applications
