Job Summary
Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Load and unload materials, use basic measuring tools, and adjust machine controls as needed. Keep the work area clean and safe, then report any equipment or quality issues to supervision. Perform other duties as assigned while following all safety and company policies. On-the-job training is provided for this role. Shifts run Monday through Thursday, with the 1st Shift from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM and the 2nd Shift from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Strong attention to safety
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Flexible to work in different roles
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Available for 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Available for 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
