Job Summary
Production Operator I for 3rd shift on Sparks, NV line(s). Operates and performs changeovers on lines/equipment to meet safety, quality and efficiency goals; follows SOPs for setup and changeover; conducts regular quality checks; maintains required paperwork; assists with maintenance and troubleshooting; supports packaging and processing areas, lifting and moving materials, and documenting batch information. Requires a high school diploma or GED and six months of related experience; certification as a Machine Operator in Packaging/Processing areas is preferred. Works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with emphasis on safety, GMP, and continuous improvement; ability to lift up to 55 lbs and operate lifting equipment; flexible schedule including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of related experience and/or training
- Certification as a Machine Operator in one to three Packaging and/or Processing areas (preferred)
