Job Summary
Assemble, label, and package small items by hand or machine while performing basic soldering and testing. Operate and maintain production equipment, read job travelers and Bills of Materials, and locate necessary parts using proper tools. Follow detailed work instructions, apply math skills for measurements, and rotate through all necessary jobs within the work cell. Maintain adherence to production rates, safety standards including ESD policies, and a positive relationship with team members. Work Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:00am with occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to learn and apply the essential job functions
- Basic math and computer skills, including proficiency in decimals and measurements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions independently and efficiently
- Reliable attendance and the ability to perform job duties consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness
- Commitment to quality and efficiency, consistently meeting or exceeding company standards
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Able to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, rotate, and/or reach throughout an entire shift
- Must be able to accurately handle and assemble small parts
- Required to work shift hours (four 10-hour days) with occasional overtime
