Job Summary
Operates lines and equipment on the 2nd shift with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Performs changeovers, prepares and cleans work areas, conducts regular quality checks, and completes required paperwork. Builds familiarity with SOPs/GMPs, assists with maintenance, and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. Requires ability to read and follow batch instructions, operate lifting equipment when certified, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of related experience and/or training (or equivalent)
- Certification as Machine Operator in Packaging/Processing areas (preferred)
- Ability to perform setup, changeover, quality checks, and paperwork
