Job Summary
Production Operator I assembles products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions, and inspects/test components to ensure quality. Maintains a clean, safe work environment, participates in continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality, and works closely with the production team to meet quality standards in a fast-paced setting. Requires attention to detail, ability to follow detailed instructions, effective communication, teamwork, and basic soldering knowledge (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow detailed work and testing instructions, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills with a positive and customer focused mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively as a team player
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of responsibility
- Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in daily tasks
- Strong understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
