Production Operator

Production Operator in Sharjah, UAE responsible for executing paint production processes with emphasis on RM receival/preparation, mixing, milling, filling, material handling, equipment operation, in-process quality checks, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. Role requires following local SOPs, using PPE, maintaining traceability and documentation, cleaning and maintenance, waste management, and collaboration with operators, quality control, and supervisors to ensure a cohesive production flow. Strong emphasis on precision, knowledge of paint manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and compliance with HSE standards. SSC/SSLC is mandatory; English proficiency required; prior paints manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
