Production Operator

Operate production equipment in accordance with SOPs, visual standards, and company policies to achieve output and scrap targets. Process rejected material for review or rework, trim, buff, and assemble parts as needed. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment checks while maintaining 5S standards and reporting unsafe conditions immediately. Place conforming product into approved containers and manage tracking, labeling, and classification of rejected goods. Complete production reports, update visual control boards, and provide support during customer or auditor site visits. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and may include cross-training in product inspection.
