Production Operator Fresh -3rd Shift

Operate heavy machinery including tote massagers, grinding equipment, and automated packaging equipment safely and efficiently within the Fresh Mixing department. Unload trucks to accommodate production and customer requirements while following established formulas for fresh ingredients and consistent batching processes. Ensure compliance with Health, Food Safety, and Environmental policies by maintaining organized work areas and identifying food-safety concerns. Assist in daily and annual inventory checks for bulk, liquid, and part bag ingredients. Dump totes through receiving drag and tote stations, replacing totes as needed, and operate lift trucks when required. This role reports to the Production Supervisor at our Auburn, Kentucky facility, where you will develop professional relationships with production staff.
