Job Summary
Production Operator responsible for leading machine set-ups and changeovers, operating finishing processes, and inspecting/packaging finished products to customer specifications. Perform tests and checks using standard measuring tools, maintain production records, and monitor equipment gauges/controls. Ensure adherence to quality standards, meet production schedules, and support inventory accuracy through cycle counts. Operate heavy equipment to move materials, and assist teammates in achieving site goals. Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift, follow written/oral instructions, and lift up to 50 lbs. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of manufacturing experience; overtime and safety are emphasized.

- Must be able to follow written and oral instruction
- Must prioritize safety in every aspect of the working environment adhering to established safety practices, policies, and procedures
- Must be able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and move around for extended periods
