Job Summary
Conduct final assembly, packing, and shipping operations while verifying product quality and ensuring proper labeling of outbound materials. Coordinate freight carriers, complete shipping transactions, and troubleshoot technical support for process performance issues. Track and report key performance metrics, collaborate with supervision to manage resources, and assist in creating or improving work instructions. Maintain a safe work environment by complying with company policies and legal regulations while supporting continuous improvement teams. Requires high school diploma, Microsoft proficiency, and 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- Good communication skills with managers, supervisors, leads, and operators
- Dexterity and appropriate physical strength/stamina
