Job Summary
Operate and monitor automated filling and packaging equipment in paint production; perform routine quality checks on materials before and during line operation; maintain accurate records and a clean, orderly work area; work in a team to improve production line efficiency; follow safety rules and procedures; position involves 1st shift hours (5 AM–3:30 PM) with mandatory overtime during peak season; capable of lifting up to 80 pounds and standing for extended periods; authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Work in a team environment and take ownership over assigned area of responsibility
