Job Summary
Production Operator - Filler at The Pittsburgh Paints Company, East Point, GA. You will operate and monitor automated filling and packaging equipment in a paints/stains manufacturing environment, work on the 1st shift (5 AM–3:30 PM) with mandatory overtime during peak season (March–August) and occasional overtime. Responsibilities include following safety rules, setting up and operating filling lines, improving line efficiency through teamwork, performing routine quality checks, and maintaining a clean work area. Must be at least 18, be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, and be able to lift 50 lbs routinely (80 lbs infrequently). Full-time with benefits and weekly pay. Location options include on-site roles in East Point, GA and Atlanta, GA. This role emphasizes collaboration, ownership of the assigned area, and potential advancement within a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently
- Follow detailed instructions and record progress
- Stand for extended periods of time, maneuvering around equipment
- Work in a team environment and take ownership over assigned area of responsibility
