Production Operator

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment while loading raw materials and preparing machines for runs. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and complete machine setups, changeovers, and minor adjustments. Accurately track production, material usage, and scrap while maintaining detailed records. Use forklifts, computers, and scanning equipment to support a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Communicate effectively with team members across shifts. This mechanically inclined role requires strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
