Production Operator

Operate production machinery including spreaders, CNC routers, wrappers, and saws in accordance with standard work. Produce required unit quantities within established specifications and tolerances while measuring finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic standards. Maintain logs and records of units produced, including errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces. Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment, performing basic and routine adjustments and maintenance. Keep the work area clean, safe, and orderly. This role reports to the Lay-Up or Finish Manager within the Production Department.
