Job Summary
Production Operator (Evening Shift) assembles electronic components and performs mechanical and software-related production processes on components and sub-assemblies. Responsibilities include following best-practice methods, handling materials, maintaining ESD equipment and PPE, participating in daily team meetings, proposing process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety, and cross-training across production areas. Requires Grade 12 diploma or GED, ~1 year manufacturing assembly/test experience, ability to lift 35 lbs, basic Excel/Word skills, and strong communication. Emphasis on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement; role based in Saskatoon, Canada (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or GED
- Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of previous manufacturing assembly and test experience
- Ability to lift 35lbs of weight safely
- Intermediate computer skills (working knowledge of Excel and Word)
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
