Job Summary
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while assembling, inspecting, and packaging products according to specifications. Perform basic machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting across assembly, silicone machine, plastic injection molding, and focused factory production areas. Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards while maintaining reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. This role supports multiple operational areas with hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
